Hi,

Seller can't get the package from customs:

CC011285391HU

How can I contact China customs by e-mail? Or how can I release the package?

It's look like seller does not want to to anything, and package is hold since one month.

Please help!

the parcel arrived Shenzhen last month. Ask seller call 11185 and pickup the parcel from China Post(I hope the parcel has not been returned to Europe yet)

Seller replied the following:

1)"We regret to inform you we still haven’t received your package after we contact the customs."
2)"We are regret to inform you that your package is lost on the way now.It is out of control."
3)"My relative colleague have already contacted the China Customs,but Customs held your package and don`t allow us to take it."
4)"As the strict customs policy ,the customs don`t allow us to take your package.We have already try our best to take it."

Are these replies are true?
