My package could not be delivered
¿How can I request a new delivery attemp? or
¿How can I know the exact location to go and pick it up?
Tracking number: RL956951222CH

RL956951222CH is Swiss Post parcel and delivery is the duty of Colombia Post(4-72). http://www.4-72.com.co shows on Sep 27 the parcel arrived PO.MEDELLIN, El envio está siendo procesado en nuestro centro operativo.

If you have not got this parcel, it should be lost . You need file dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
