Sir I have sent a parcel to my friend at Deqing but when I checked is stated rejected but my friend never get the parcel even the delivery service person not call her. This is my parcel tracking number is (RR174261876MY),

your address should have problem. Did you write address in Chinese? If not, that might be the problem. Many china post delivery guy do not understand English.

Ask your friend go to China Post office to pickup the parcel asap. The parcel seems to be still in Deqing, it will be returned to Malaysia soon.

name : zhou xue
address : no 82 , shunda road ,wukang, dequing ,huzhou, zhejiang province , 313200 china.
contact no :13738218403.

this is my 3rd time delivery to same address but before 2 times dont have this problem . i hope sir/madam, can help me to resent it thanks.

ask your friend call china post hot line 11183 or 11185 and arrange pickup.

China Post can not resend the parcel to you. You need ask receiver call 11185 and pickup the parcel.

but my friend called this number many times but it still busy, the parcel is her birthday gift ,is there any way to sent the parcel to her

ask her go to China Post office in Deqing in person. the parcel is there. She can use baidu to search post office location.

sir/madam good morning , sorry to bother you again but my friend has call the numbers you given but when they answered is they say no parcel for my friend and they a bit rude when talking to her, so may i know is there any other way to settle it
