My parcel dated 3rd April 2019 from China was last updated on 8th April 2019 as moved to next location from Donguong but after that the details or where abouts of the parcel are not known. I have checked with India ( Kolkata airport Postal office) but there is no detail.

Kindly update on status.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV865638235CN shows the number RV861573905CN was sent to airline on April 3.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

After sent to airline, parcel will travel another 2 to 8 weeks to reach India. Once the parcel arrives India, India Post tracking webpage will show local location status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
