Hello there I have same issue. For almost 1 month and half the parcel with tracking number RP738561154CN keeps on looping back to same city of origin.

looping in different china cities for a month is a very bad sign which means the parcel can not pass customs scan or safety scan. I suggest you open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
