I HAVENT GOT MY PACKAGE SINCE September 26 my tracking number is LY749893206CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY749893206CN shows the parcel was returned by USPS to China in Sept. Return reason : shipper printed wrong address in the parcel.

China post finally returned the parcel to shipper on Oct 23. You can not get this parcel anymore.
