The tracking number says that "delivery failed" but it should be delivered in Brazil... LZ782162749CN

Correios Brazil website shows the parcel is in RIO DE JANEIRO / RJ, Waiting for withdrawal.

You need contact your local Brazil Post office to pickup the parcel asap.
