Tracking info on LY660684493CN shows my package has not moved from Shenzhen EMS Corp international business Corp collected (collector::周彩英,Phone :) since 9/12/2018. Can you tell me what the current status is and when I can expect to receive it?

LY660684493CN is seriously delayed.

I suggest you wait one or two more weeks, if you can not get it by Oct 7, open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
