Hi there,
I need help please. I've been waiting for my delivery since January 2019. Current status says arrived destination which is Nueva Esparta Venezuela. Can you please tell me What is happening and how I will receive this parcel? Thank you. Tracking number is UI075624441CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Venezuela in Feb,2019. Venezuela post system is suffering serious mess these days. Many parcels were lost in their warehouse. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
