http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ958583534CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china post warehouse LZ958583534CN in Guangzhou on Oct 16. You can not see update until US customs releases the parcel to USPS. this might take 10 to 20 days. You need wait some more days.
