I received my package last week Saturday and the hair I received looks nothing like what was advertised on the website. I have contacted the seller [email protected] and they have failed to respond to me with regard to getting a refund.
Please assist me

you might be scammed.

If you paid with paypal, open dispute for item-not-as-described and claim refund.
