Hi,
Track my package (EE044107969MY) through EMS China website and found out that it's held by customs. It's been more than a week. What should I do now?

You need call China Post EMS hotline 11183 and try to arrange pickup the parcel.

China EMS asked me to contact the customs myself. Is there any other way to have my package release from customs? I'm from Malaysia.
