I need an order update on parcel LW572672971CN. I haven't received an update on it since March 13, 2020

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows China post sent this parcel to Shenzhen airport again on Mar 15. It is still in Shenzhen.
Coronavirus has cancelled 99% airlines from china to USA. China Post has not enough airline shipping space. you might need 2 to 4 more weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
