Hi, I have this problem. The sender shipped 3 packeges about 26-27 march. One of them I got after about 2 weeks. The other to got still this status, when I track them:

"This number can’t be found at this moment. it’s not available in the carriers system yet."

The Sender says that he will contact the custom, but I try to find out also.

This numbers cant be found:

RF727621400SG
RF727621342SG

Can you help me?

Both numbers have nothing to do with China Post. Such parcel number ending with SG is Singapore Post parcel number.

Some Chinese seller use Singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Singapore first (takes about 7 to 10 days), then transit from Singapore to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Singapore Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Singapore.
