package LT034109571CN ; has it left yet? i’ve been waiting for almost 3 weeks and all it says is “on route”

usps.com shows Your item departed our USPS facility in CHICAGO IL INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER on December 9, 2018 at 10:38 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

You should get it very soon.
