Yeah I order power mask for Halloween from thepowermask.com and I talked to customer service. And I've been told that my package has been shipped but its been 3 weeks. And I haven't received my order. Can you help identify what's going on?

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud.
