Hi - Can you please advise where my parcel is? It seems to have been stuck on this for 2 weeks now. It is a soccer jersey.

What does NULL mean? Lots of my parcels are now NULL.

thanks. the website says it been with the airline for 2 weeks. do you know why there has been a delay? thanks

the status not changing does not mean the parcel not moving. please be patient.

ok thanks, do you know if this could be a customs or exports issue? that is what the seller on aliexpress was saying. its a football jersey.

Once is put to airline will come to you, just need to be patinent, from a while all the parcels are delaying , I don't know why
