Hello,

please help me.

I received this tracking number RC150669997CN and the tracking systems says that number dont exists. Is this a fraud from seller? He claims it is on the way.

if you just got the number, wait one week and then track it again. some people did not ship the goods when they gave you the tracking number. they may delay shipment for a couple of days.
if you get the number over one week, then it should be a fake number and seller is intentionally cheating. you should open dispute and report to paypal and aliexpress.

seller claims it is on the way, "received item soon, my friend". I am really pissed, what should I do? it is from aliexpress.

RC150669997CN is a fake number. As it has been for two weeks and seller do not really ship the goods, this means he is intentionally cheating. you should open a dispute to aliexpress, report fraud shipment and claim refund.

but the seller third time refused my dispute. Should I escalated the dispute to put into it Aliexpress as moderator?

yes. you should escalate the dispute to aliexpress.

EE275367766CN is not a valid tracking number. when did you receive this number?
