RC150669997CN is invalid number. seller did not ship the goods. you can wait by next monday and track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. if still no result, it means the seller is intentionally cheating. you should open a dispute to paypal and claim refund.

did u check how long shipment takes to process. some aliexpress sellers will say (ships out within certain days) perhaps his shipment was 14 days. I Just checked and china post has literally received your package today!
