Please, can you tell me where to find these shipments? RB826588705CN RC255498696CN So is it possible that both are stuck somewhere?
I am totally confused, I live in Croatia, Europe, and this way of postage yet so far I have not seen. Ordering wait from 11 November

both parcels seems have some problem to pass security scan and stuck in customs warehouse. We suggest you to open a dispute now.
