My items are stuck from november , you told me that it may be lost and i should open a dispute. but the seller has told me that everything is normal and the items not lost. how should i know if they are really lost or not?

your parcel was sent to airline on Nov 27. normally you should have received the parcel by now. If not, it might be lost or stuck in some foreign airport outside china. you'd better open a dispute asap. check following post:
