is RB408651961SG really en route to Germany? The Info at Singpost hasn't changed in quite a while.

yes.it is going to Germany. You can not see new status after parcel left Singapore.

Is there no way to find out what happened to the package? It still hasn't arrived and Aliexpress protection will run out in a few days.

You should file non delivery dispute and claim refund while waiting. It may be possible the parcel might arrive after you get a refund but dont wait until the protection period expires and doing nothing.
