http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP298389716CN has arrived Brazil but failed delivery. you should contact Brazil Post and pickup the parcel asap.

hello I contacted the Brazil post, they informed me that the product has not yet come to Brazil. please help me what should I do?

the parcel should have been received by Brazil post. If Brazil Post can not find the parcel, it should be returned to china. the only way for you is to open dispute to seller and claim refund.
