Hi

Who can help ? I have very important package mailed on March 17 in Shanghai and I paid extra cost to speed up the process which is supposed to be here on Apr 5th.

But I still didn't get it. I checked the website and it told me this package leaving airport on Mar 19. Then nothing else.

Please someone help here. It is very important package and I cannot wait. it is signed and notarized application form.

Unfortunately your not lucky, because there is a hold up in Vancouver Customs.
The waiting time for parcel from China to Canada is close to 6 weeks now.
Your package was sent through China Post only registered mail it was not sent as e-packets which is faster service.

I'm also Canadian waiting for parcel from China around same time frame as you and my parcels have not arrive yet and are stuck at Customs (nothing illegal).

The best I could advise you to do is to check Canada Post by inputting your tracking number. Or use this link:
http://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/track/personal/findByTrackNumber?trackingNumber=RA565835303CN&LOCALE=en&LOCALE2=en

There is no information available for this international item. Tracking by Canada Post is not a feature for this product.

When you see this statement:
Expected delivery: 1-12 days.
This will mean that your package will be out of Canadian Customs and given to Canada Post for delivery.
