Hi there

I bought a product from dhgate and You tell me I will receive it in 29 days but I have been waiting for one month and I don't receive anything.

My shipping no. is RB976064014CN

Can I know when I will receive it?

Sent to airline in 17/12, probably come to you between 2 and 4 weeks after this date.

Can i change postal code in my shipment RG839934990CN please i called Emirates post and told to check with the china post i told the seller they didn’t make any sense

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on May 10. After sent to airline, parcel will wait in airline warehouse for flight space to UAE. waiting time can take 2 to 6 weeks. please be patient.

also make sure your seller has printed P.O box in the parcel. Otherwise UAE post will reject the parcel.
