Hello can you please tell me about my parcel the number is RK211894954CN it is about 68days

I try to contact with the seller but he didn't responce

you should open dispute to seller.

Thank you very much for your quick reply,

i cant open dispute because i make a mistake for the begin and i confirmed the order!!

Anyway i contact allready with Alixpress and they send to the seller "reminder" but he didnt response

What else can i do??

if you confirmed the order, you can do nothing.
