Post Post in destination country returned parcel

Post in my country has sent parcel to wrong address, guy at that address refused it and now post arranged delivery back to china. How can i stop this? Nobody called me even if there is contact number?

Serbia Post shows RV887281269CN nows is in Serbia Post office in RS, 11450 Sopot, Uručenje, Vraćeno pošiljaocu.

You need contact your local Serbia Post office to pickup the parcel asap.
