Hello
My package is a television, tracking number is UI026437703CN. It appears to have arrived in the US on 12-10-18, and then, nothing. My bank will not reverse the charge, using this tracking as justification, but, this isn't giving me much. Please help.

if parcel arrived USA and not delivered over one month, normally it means the parcel is lost.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
