Hello! Can you please help with my parcel id-RE034151296CN. The seller had sent me notification on 13th May that it had been shipped. Also with my order id- RV382809308CN. I would be grateful.

Both parcels were returned by China customs. Not sure return reason.

I suggest you open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.

Okok...when I checked with the AliExpress apps it says it has been shipped to destination country and i checked with the Cainiao Global which the sellers had sent me on 13th may when she sent email that my order had shipped. It says left for destination country but the tracking seems to be at the initial cities...I'm soo confused.

I repeat , your parcels were returned by China customs in Suzhou on may 13. you will not get them. You need open dispute to aliexpress for refund.

Okay...Thank you...the seller has extended buyer protection and there is still around 40 days. So should i wait if they sent back or i will open a dispute for refund now?
