I purchased 2 items from a seller in china on March 17 but I'm not getting any information with the tracking numbers.

RA864165180CN

Are these good tracking numbers?

both parcel numbers are invalid. you might be scammed. if you purchased from aliexpress/ebay/amazon, open dispute against fraud shipment immediately.

RN138638965MY is Malaysia Post tracking number. It is not from China Post. you should track or contact Malaysia Post for detail.
