I purchased an item on ali Express , the seller said they mailed the item to me since June 9th and there's no information showing on the tracking. I emailed the seller and they refused to respond. I feel like they gave me a fake tracking and it was never mailed.

Here's the tracking information. Please help me!

LN983741798CN is fake number. you should open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund.

My parcels showing same updates for the last 35 fays e.g item sent aboard (EDI received )to Kolkata airport sorting office .tracking No's are RI996900192CN and RG176544420CN.
Pl.help to locate and send to destination.

EDI received means parcel has not arrived India yet. you need keep waiting.
