Good day!

I have a package with tracking number RV285955845CN but the last update from the website was on December 29, 2019. It has been two weeks but there's still no update. I tried to send an email to China post but got no response.

Please help me trace where it is now.

RV285955845CN is china post register airmail. Normally it will travel 3 to 6 weeks to reach Philippines. you need wait some more time. You can not know where it is now.

Once parcel arrives Philippines, Philippines Post website will show arrival info. You need pickup the parcel from your local post office. So please keep your eye open on Philippines Post website tracking page.
