Hi could you check out what’s going on with my parcel? The last update was 19 with “闽侯post Express 上街揽投station 收件(揽投员姓名:白艳丽,联系电话:13559932782”. It’s been nearly a month since I ordered it it should of arrived on the 5 of February. The tracking number is LM472484817CN

Also I have contacted Australia post and they have told me that the item hasn’t arrived in Australia yet and that I should try and contact China post.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LM472484817CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Australia on Jan 23.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Australia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

Ok thanks but the last update time you guys are showing me is the 19th of January and when translated it say this “Minhou post expression on the street to invest in station. (Name of the pitcher: Bai Yanlizhong, contact: 13599932782)” doesn’t say anything about what you said. Is this a glitch in your systems?
