Hi, can I have some information about my package? the status is stuck for 12 days already.
Status: Despatch from Sorting Center , BeiJingShi BEIJING
This is my tracking number: LX257414416CN
My friend order from the same company 2 days after me and he's parcel is already in he's hands only my package is not even in Israel... How can it be?

2. Your friend that receive the parcel got lucky. Parcel like your in normal condition can take up to 15 working days to be deliver excluding the time spent at the Customs office.

3. Just continue to track your parcel for any new movement.

1. If by 22 Feb you have not receive your parcel then you can start to be worry.

2. When a parcel is traveling from on country to another country there is no scanning done to the parcel.

3. Now what needs to happen is the Israel Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.
