Please help me.i bought these items from ioffer two months ago but nothing has come yet.some say final destination France yet I'm in the uk.some say delivered shanghai.please help me.RB896985717CN.....RC031063632CN....RB718381547CN

RB896985717CN...please help.i purchased this item from ioffer nearly two months ago.i can't track it where is it .

I tried tracking but some same final delivery shanghai and in in the uk
