Hello! I need your help .
Last month i buyed some goods from China and the pack started on 30th september. I tracked it with china post air mail and with 17track. It passed through Singapore and China customs (i don't know why) and left the international airport on 18 th of October.
It's 31th of october (13days have passed) and still not arrived to Italy customs. I'm a bit concerned about this, because i often order in China and the goods is used arrive in 5-6days with air mail. I contacted my postal service, but they had no news about it.
What could be happened? Please if you can help me write me! I think it could had been lost! Thanks in advance to everyone will answer me
