I received a hair extension product on 10/28/2015 via UPS from a company called SUNNYMAY HAIR in QINGDAO CHINA. The very next day (10/29/2015) I returned it because the product was not up to the standards and I requested an exchange. I went to USPS and ask for the lowest cost to send back with the capibility to track.... they advised I use FIrst Class International. It is now 11/23/2015 and the company still WILL NOT exchange my product OR issue a refund because they did not get it yet. They say the chinese post office says nothing they can do check with USPS. I check with them they say it has left the states and en route. This has been WAY TOO LONG! I am upset and out over $100. Can someone please help me. Can I contact customs? I do not know what to do now.
