Post please help me to track my parcel

i bought the good from China Seller, and i got the tracking number from Seller :
China Post tracking number:
RU396862422NL

after i tracked, there is no any information, no shipping record.
please help me whether RU396862422NL is right tracking number or not ?

RU396862422NL has nothing to do with china post, it is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Netherlands.
