hello dear friend,on 4th january,i order a tablet on aliexpress with this SINGAPORE POST tracking number RF312640640SG.
on 28th january,status indicated that the parcel arrived germany and since this time nothing.it will be 5 months by now and i still not get my tablet that i paid 300 usd.
since this all time i was in contact with the seller who always told me to be patient.but me i think it becomes a great bulshit,5 months and still telling me to be patient,it's a joke.
so yesterday i opened a dispute in order to be refunded.he rejected my dispute and he told me to wait since he confirmed with singapore post that effectively i don't receive the tablet.
now on aliexpress i have 3 options offered to me.
1)accept his solution
-i don't know if i accept his solution i will be really refunded,because i'm afraid.
2)cancel the dispute
3)escalate dispute
-i want to know if i escalate dispute how can i prove that i did'nt get the tablet maybe because aliexpress team will ask it
-and will i be really refunded?

NB: I register all my communications with the seller!

please tell me what can i do?
