Hello everyone,

I ordered something from China and I got an ePacket tracking mumber which works/worked fine .. I often use ePacket but there has never been this little problem before: On 4th October, 17track said that it got transferred from Beijing to Vienna, fine - but today it said that again.. so where's my parcel? I'd appreciate every kind of help. Thank you and have a nice day/evening! :)

Now is holiday time. Processing might have some delay. You might need wait extra 10 to 15 days to get the parcel.

They have Golden Week Celebrations which last till Monday. No-one is at work, nobody gives a damn about your parcel at the moment. Sad but true. My parcel is stuck as well. Originally posted Sept 21th, should have reached me in Poland by now, but it even hasn't left China yet. You are not going to get yours soon. If mine was posted a week earlier, and hasn't left China yet, then I'm guessing they have some monumental backlog to clear. And this means moooore waiting. Two weeks more.
