Hi,
I have an order CY025047967CN where the last status update was on November 18. I was told that it was arrive before Christmas but im getting doubtful, and worried.
I dont know what can be done because its been nearly a month.

CY025047967CN is low priority cheap parcel. In holiday rush season, such parcel has less chance to compete shipping space with those high priority parcels. You need to wait some more time. Once it gets flight space, we will write a post in this thread.

Hello, is it possible at this point to pay a fee to upgrade the priority of this parcel as its been in 'shipping' status for 31 days. I'm worried its going to be 2025 before it arrives and it was supossed to be a present for my kids for Christmas.
