Please assist me with tracking or tracing my parcel from china to South Africa. Item was shipped with ems .last update was on the 12 January 2019 its been too long already.
Ems tracking no: EV804901625CN

Please help me

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=EV804901625CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jan 12. Normally EMS needs 2 to 6 weeks to reach South Africa.
