Post Phone Number EMS impossible to call

Why if I try to call the number 00862011185 ( finded in the site of EMS) I hear that "the numeration is not complete" Must I put some other number or simbol ?Help me , please.

you can not call it from outside china.

86 is the country code of China mainland, 20 is the area code of the city of Guangzhou, and 11185 is the service phone number of EMS China / China Post. "
This is wroten in site.

This is wroten in site.

i believe you got miss leading information from some fake website. EMS service number is 11183 not 11185. I don't think it can be access outside china.
