Post parcells lost or stuck in guangzhou, destination country: greece

hi i have i major problem and i facing it for the first time and i have ordering with china post for 4. 5 years ,,,now i have tow parcells 1, RS312289375CN last tracking imformation is on 24 nov : leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport and thats it.

the second is RS312289676CN and its has the same latest tracking imformation. Leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport..

Can you just check and make sure they have been shipped to greece. i dont care if i have to wait but reply soon please. THANK YOU.

Hello again the parceles has still not arrived , its has been 2 moths . Is there any possibility that they have been returned to seller the or it should apper on tracking if tyey were ? I cant do nothing because i buy them from ioffer ,,and seller claims thst they have long arrived in my country but they not. What i can do can i call china post , do they answer in English ? Really now is ther anything i can do?

1. Parcel to Greece can take a maximum of 55 days to arrive. Here is the reference:
