Hello,

Can someone pls help me track my parcel that i ordered in china with this trackingnumber: RA487038674CN. It has been in transit since the 15th if december...where is it now,i wonder? Seller insists that it has been send on the 5th of december..

RA487038674CN was sent to airline on Dec 15. Normally it will arrive Europe within 2 to 3 weeks. If you have not got it by now, you should open a dispute claim money back.

Thanks for the feedback. I've allready started the refund procedure via Paypal.
I'm still not sure if the package is lost or is somewhere on a ship...it hasn't been scanned since the 15th. What other solution could there be?

China Post can not confirm if the parcel is lost or not at this moment. So if you get refund from paypal and later you receive the parcel and find no quality problem of the product, you can pay back the money to seller.
