Hi, can you find out why are two packages still in Guangzhou?

RF208303113CN

And I'm waiting for another package has that arrived in Guangzhou later than other two, went on in Beijing but was then returned back on scan. Is the package still in Beijing or has been already sent?

the parcel is looping in Guangzhou/Beijing airport. this might be caused by following reason:
1)if the parcel has some thing not allowed by airline, it might be rejected.

2)the airline has space shortage, the parcel is keep waiting.
