Hello China Post,
my parcel is in a customs clearance process since March 4th, 2025. Why does it take so long? I want to send it to Chinese producers for repair. It is a remote controlled Helicopter. Is the address of the producers, which I wrote on the package, too unspecific? Here is the address of the producers.

Office, 3rd Floor, Building B, Jinxiang Industrial Park, Hengkeng Hexi Village, Shenzhen, Guangdong, 518110, Besend

Should I also write my address in here?
Should I also send a picture of my parcel?
My tracking number of the parcel is CR 9032 6740 0DE

Please answer all of my questions.

your receiver did not make customs clearance. did you write his mobile phone numbet inthe parcel? if yes, he should have received a text code from china post to make customs clearance.

the manufacturer told me that you would send me back the package with the number CR 9032 6740 0DE to my home. This package still is not here in my home. What happened? I want this package back. The manufacturer is called Razordon and it is the same address above, Office 3rd Floor, Building B. The phone number of the manufacturer is (86) 186 8897 0755. Please write me back.

CR903267400DE is still in Shenzhen customs waiting for receiver to make customs clearance. The receiver didn't tell you the truth. I think this is a return for refund parcel right? If yes, then this is a common game often played by these bad sellers. They don't want to accept the parcel and give you refund. So they alway give you some fake information as excuse.

Hello China Post, this is not a refund. Razordon told me that this package has an expensive tariff and combined with the repair it will cost too much. So Razordon sent me a second Helicopter. And I already got the second Helicopter. But I still want this package with the first Helicopter back, with the number CR903267400DE. Can you just return this package back to me?

Hello China Post,
this is what one employee from Razordon wrote to me: 'We didn't sign for the helicopter you sent back, so you can just go to the courier company with the number you returned. We didn't sign for the package you returned because the duty was too expensive.'

Will you send this package with the Helicopter back to me? This courier company the employee wrote about is probably German and it is called DHL. Should I go to this courier company in my country? Should I tell this courier company to contact you so that I can get back this package with the Helicopter?

If receiver refuse to accept the parcel, parcel will be returned to Germany in next 2 to 6 months by ocean ship automatically. You can contact Germany Post(DHL) for return detail after a couple of months. The Germany Post website will show update about the return.

Understood. Are you sure that the same company will get the return details, where I gave them the package to send to China?

Germany Post(DHL) and China Post are partner of each other. Germany Post put all China parcels into a container and send the container to China. China Post then unbox the container, sort the parcel as per the address printed the parcel, then make delivery.

For the return parcel to Germany, it is the same procedure. China Post put all the return-to-Germany parcel into a container, ship the container to Germany. Then it is the job of Germany Post to sort the parcel as per the return address and make delivery.

If you forgot to print return address in the parcel, then Germany Post can't make return delivery. It this case, we don't know how Germany Post handle such non-address parcel, you might need to contact germany Post for help.

Understood. Thanks for the explanation. I wrote the return address on the parcel. My question was about, if my parcel could land at the wrong German parcel company. But now I think that my parcel won't land at the wrong parcel company. DHL sent the package to you, not another company. So it's logical that my parcel will land somewhere at DHL and then will be delivered with me. I was just puzzled. Now I'm not puzzled anymore.
