Post Parcel stuckeded for 10 days in 10 km from consignee

Hello ,

I have sent a parcel from Germany to China on Dec. 14th 2016. The tracking number is RR166001667DE . It stops to update the status for 10 days and it's in the post office 10km from consignee. I need you help to push the delivery before CNY. What can be done ?

2. The recipient of the parcel should call China Post Hot Line to find out about the parcel or go to any China Post Office or go directly to the Post Office: Zhongshan hengli, Dongguan city post to pick up the parcel.

Due to your kind suggest the consignee has called China Post Hot Line several times and finally was told that the parcel is missing and they can't find it. But suddenly after 1.5 month my parcel starts to move. It seems they found it. But what I can see, it seems China post wants to send it back to me. What can be done to deliver this parcel to consignee ?

RR166001667DE is on the way back to Germany. It can not be delivered to consignee anymore.
