Something went wrong and PostNL doesn't have my appartment number. I don't know where the parcel is now, it might be at one of my local post offices or on the way back :(

Could you PLEASE check tracking number LS134417629CN it shows it is still in Hangzhou, it has been there for 3 weeks now. Someone checked it and said it left on the 21st, but the seller checked and its still there.
Thank you

After an ePacket or Registered Mail item leaves China, nobody can scan it and update its status until it arrives in the destination country…so items that have departed appear to "freeze" at their last location in China. See:

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

If we look at your tracking info:

...we know that your item has left Hangzhou, and that it hasn't shown up in the United States yet. Unfortunately it's not possible to know its location with more certainty than that until it's scanned somewhere else.

If it doesn't show up either in online tracking or at your doorstep in the next 7-10 days or so, I'd probably consider it lost and open a dispute.

Wooooow, the tracking info that PostNL gives is really vague:
Mon Aug 31 12:13 -0-4:00 NL Accepted, not pre-alerted
Mon Aug 31 00:11 -0-4:00 NL Received in country of destination
Mon Aug 31 12:13 -0-4:00 NL Parcel received and in sorting process
Mon Aug 31 13:21 -0-4:00 NL Parcel received and in sorting process
Tue Sep 1 03:53 -0-4:00 NL Shipment sorted in Sc registered mail
Tue Sep 1 04:32 -0-4:00 NL Pre-alerted and out for delivery
Tue Sep 1 08:12 -0-4:00 NL Parcel not delivered; addressee not known at this address
Tue Sep 1 16:35 -0-4:00 NL Parcel received and in sorting process
Wed Sep 2 06:33 -0-4:00 NL Sent to country of destination
Mon Sep 7 02:56 -0-4:00 Received in country of destination

Unfortunately, your item was returned to sender on Tue Sep 1; it arrived back in China on Sep 7. You should open a dispute for non-receipt if you haven't already.
