http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived destination post office in Jinghua and going to delivery office (邮政金华市孝顺支局) on Feb 4. But no update since then. The parcel might have delivery problem or even be lost.

You need ask receiver go to China Post office 邮政金华市孝顺支局 to search the parcel.

Thanks, what if receiver does not want to go to China post office, any other option to find the parcel?

If receiver does not go to china post, the parcel will be returned to you after free storage time expires.

If you purchased insurance when shipping the parcel from your country, then you can start investigation with your post office and claim compensation. Without insurance, you can do nothing.
